About the job

We are now looking for a swimming instructor/pool attendant for our operations.

In autumn, winter, and spring, we work indoors in the swimming hall, and during the summer at our outdoor pool Framnäsbadet. Together with colleagues, you meet our guests and ensure that the swimming hall meets the expectations regarding service, cleanliness, and swimming supervision.

Job Responsibilities

As a swimming instructor and pool attendant, you have a customer focus and work with swimming instruction, pool supervision, cash register, café, as well as maintenance and care of the swimming facility. With us, you help create a pleasant atmosphere and ensure the safety of our guests. Together with management and other colleagues, you will help develop the swimming and pool activities we have today.

The tasks are varied, and no day is the same. To meet our guests' wishes, we are open every day of the week, which means scheduled working hours every day of the week, including evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have a swimming instructor education, swimming instructor assistant education, or other equivalent education/experience that the employer deems relevant. Experience in leading baby swimming, water aerobics, cleaning and maintaining a swimming facility, working with children and youth, and being or having been active in a sports association can be advantageous.

Experience in the profession is an asset.

• have good pedagogical skills

You should have basic computer skills. Swimming proficiency is a requirement, and we conduct tests in swimming and lifesaving. To be considered for the position, you must achieve a passing result in these tests. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
